The six-part series follows the world’s worst letting agent, Stath (Demetriou), as he struggles to deal with the takeover of his family’s business.

Now under the management of Stath’s nemesis, Julian (Dustin Demri-Burns), Michael & Eagle Lettings goes through some serious changes as Julian attempts to bring the agency into the digital age with a new promo for the company that leaves out Stath’s family.

Feeling left behind, Stath moves on from his ambitions of becoming a manager and sets out to make his own rival video.

The UK’s favourite food show will soon return to our screens and Channel 4 has released the trailer for the upcoming series. 

The upbeat trailer – set to the Beatles track, All Together Now – shows the nation overcome with 'Bake Off Fever', coming together to bake everything from cookies, to cakes, to choux pastry.

A new batch of fresh-faced amateur bakers will enter the tent, hoping to raise the coveted trophy and show off their love for baking.

Announcing the new shows, E4 controller Karl Warner promised that E4 will be the “home of funny, diverse, outrageous, loveable talent.”

In addition to the new and returning shows outlined below, Warner also announced that US favourites Brooklyn Nine-Nine and Young Sheldon, will be returning to E4 for their seventh and third series respectively. 

“I was just taken aback that I had the opportunity to get my own [show],” he says of his Friday night chat show.

He made a name for himself last year as the co-host of The Big Narstie Show alongside the grime star. The pair won an RTS Programme Award and a Bafta nod for their entertainment performance.

In recent years, Channel 4’s new national HQ in Leeds and the BBC’s relocation of 2,300 posts to Salford have dominated our perception of out-of-London programme production.

This is perhaps not surprising: the corporation has the largest Ofcom quota for UK production outside the M25 – 50% – followed by Channel 4 and ITV, who both have 35%, and Channel 5, with 10%.

Can Jimmy Save the Bees? (w/t) sees Doherty explore the declining bee population in the UK and try to understand how the alarming trend can impact entire ecosystems that rely on natural pollination.

The former entomologist will attempt to revive the bee population to reduce the threat towards the viability of agriculture.

Based in Peterborough, Doherty will look at what can be done to solve the problem with local farmers, businesses, government officials and viewers.
