The third season of There’s Something About Movies will see comedian Alan Carr return as host, with Jennifer Saunders (Absolutely Fabulous) and Michael Sheen (Quiz) returning as team captains and Tom Allen re-uniting with the crew.

Since then, it has been the celebrity studded video-segments 'Carpool Karaoke' that have made the show, and Corden, internationally known.
Danielle Lux is the managing director of CPL. She has overseen shows such as Sky 1's A League of Their Own featuring comedian James Corden and ITV's All Star Mr and Mrs.
Here she explains that it is about communicating the experience to the viewer and working backwards from that thought process when coming up with an idea for a game show.
