Celebs to dare the darkness for new reality show hosted by Danny Dyer

Scared of The Dark will see a total of eight celebrities attempt to live in the space together for eight days.

Nicknamed The Bunker, the living space is purpose-built to block out any light while filming what goes on with its 50 infrared cameras. Over five nights, the series will follow the celebrities as they get to grips with their new surroundings, or else leave The Bunker by shouting "I'm Scared of The Dark!"

During the pandemic, doctors at Great Ormond Street Hospital and St Thomas’ have found a significant rise in the number of teenagers suffering from Tourette’s syndrome or tic disorders.

In the past, doctors would receive four to six referrals per year and they now receive that number per week.
