By the end of series two, chef and white t-shirt model Carmy (Jeremy Allen White) had finally opened his restaurant The Bear, to mixed results. The soft open was ultimately a success, but at the expense of making girlfriend Claire (Molly Gordon) leave in tears. His relationship, mental health and kitchen all hang in the balance.

When beloved newscaster Douglas (Hugh Bonneville) makes a joke in poor taste at a wedding, his life is turned upside down. The jibe is shared on social media, where a storm quickly brews.
As things show no sign of calming down, Douglas begins to harbour suspicions about his co-anchor Madeline (Karen Gillan). Alex Kingston (Doctor Who) and Simon Russell Beale (The Death of Stalin) round out an impressive cast.
