ITV confirms UK location for I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here!

Due to the pandemic, filming has moved from its usual location in New South Wales, Australia, to North Wales in the UK.

The historic Gwrych Castle, also known as ‘The Showpiece of Wales’, is built into a tree-lined hillside that overlooks the Welsh countryside and the Irish sea.

The grounds spread across 250 acres, providing plenty of space for the celebrities' trials and tribulations.

Deadliest Pests Down Under follows the trial and tribulations of nine British pest controllers as they are moved thousands of miles to Australia, where the critters are bigger, scarier and have many more teeth.

"Imagine Rodney Trotter meeting Crocodile Dundee, and it should give you an idea of the comedy potential this trailblazing new series has” says Popkorn TV’s Rory Wheeler.
