Ashleigh Cummings (Westside) and Zachary Quinto (Star Trek) will lead a new supernatural drama based on Joe Hill’s supernatural novel NOS4A2.
The drama follows Vic McQueen (Cummings) as she discovers her ability to find things that are lost, putting her in direct opposition with immortal villain Charlie Manx (Quinto).
Manx is a parasitic creature of the night who consumes the souls of children and traps their remains in a twisted place of Manx’s imagination, Christmasland, where being unhappy is illegal and it’s Christmas Day everyday.
McQueen strives to save Manx’s victims but must ensure she doesn’t lose her mind or fall victim to the vampiric creature in the process.
Also joining the cast is Ólafur Darri Ólafsson (The Widow) as Bing Partridge, Virginia Kull (The Looming Tower) as Linda McQueen, Ebon Moss-Bachrach (The Punisher) as Chris McQueen and newcomer Jahkara Smith as Maggie Leigh.
NOS4A2 will be executive produced by Jami O’Brien (Fear the Walking Dead) and produced by AMC Studios and Tornante Television.
The supernatural horror starts on 13th August at 9.00pm on AMC.
