BBC and HBO’s Industry features university graduates striving for permanent positions at Pierpoint and Co, an esteemed investment bank. Where we left off in series two, Harper (Myha’la Herrold) and Eric (Ken Leung) had just pulled off a dramatic deal with Bloom (Jay Duplass) and secured themselves new positions at Pierpoint, but not without the help of some very illegal insider trading.

Gus (David Jonsson) lost his job with politician Aurore (Faith Alabi) for leaking Amazon's plan to acquire of FastAide to Harper, but was then taken on as Bloom's assistant. Harper’s lies finally caught up with her, as in the final moments she was fired for her initial rule break at Pierpoint: lying about completing her college degree.

Yasmin (Marisa Abela) was finally out on her own after her dad cut off her credit cards and locked her out of the flat he pays for, and Rob (Harry Lawtey) was sucked back into his toxic relationship with predator Nicole (Sarah Parish) after she bailed him out of jail.

Series three will see Pierpoint’s trading desk gamble on ethical investing and look to capitalise off Lumi, whose CEO Henry Muck (Kit Harington) is about to take public.

Harington will join series regulars Myha’la Herrold (Bodies Bodies Bodies), Marisa Abela (Rogue Agent), Harry Lawtey (The Pale Blue Eye), David Jonsson (Rye Lane) and Freya Mavor (The Keeper).

Production of series three will begin in April of 2023, and will be comprised of eight episodes.
