E4 has announced the celebrities looking for love in Celebs Go Virtual Dating.
Finding love can be hard at the best of times but finding love in the middle of a pandemic feels almost impossible, which is why celebrities Chloe Ferry, Pete Wicks, Levi Davis and Shaughna Phillips have turned to the Celebs Go Dating agents for professional help.
Dating agents Paul C Brunson and Anna Williamson will return, joined by their junior client coordinator Tom Read Wilson, ready to navigate the challenges of vetting love matches online and arranging exciting remote and socially distanced dates.
Since lockdown began in March in the UK, singletons have spent on average seven hours a week virtually dating, but will the celebs find that one-person worth letting into their support bubble and potentially their heart?
Meet the celebs looking for love.
Pete Wicks and Chloe Ferry
Pete Wicks is known for being the resident Lothario on reality series The Only Way Is Essex and is no stranger to the dating agency having been a client previously.
Wicks has been unlucky in love with a tumultuous on and off again relationship with fellow TOWIE star Megan McKenna and has even gone on a celebrity special of First Dates Hotel to try and find that special someone.
“I’m looking forward to getting a slightly different Celebs Go Dating experience this time around,” said Wicks.
He continued: “Lockdown has really made me realise that I am ready to have someone to share my time with, instead of just my dogs!
“Hopefully this time I can leave the agency with a girl on my arm, not another Sam Thompson!”
Geordie Shore star Chloe Ferry is ready to find someone new after splitting up with reality star Sam Gowland and is open to dating both men and women.
Ferry admitted to being “buzzing” about joining the agency, she said, “so many of my friends have been through the Celebs Go Dating process and absolutely loved it.”
“I can’t wait to see what advice the agents can give me, and if they can help me find me a worldie.”
Levi Davis and Shaughna Phillips
Former Bath rugby winger and Celebrity X Factor contestant Levi Davis is looking to score a date and is happy to take on the agents advice.
“After being single since I was 18, I am so ready to meet somebody I can hopefully spark a romance with,” Davis declared.
He continued: “I’m the biggest overthinker in the world, so looking forward to seeing what advice the agents can give me. I can’t wait to see what happens!”
Love Island favourite Shaughna Phillips didn’t find her dream man while in the Love Island villa. She was initially coupled up with Callum Jones, but his head was turned when he entered Casa Amor and met Molly Smith.
Phillips is hoping her fortunes will change and she’ll find a spark with that special someone.
Phillips commented: “I’m feeling hopeful that the experience won’t be as bad as my previous dating fails! I’m really looking forward to learning more about myself, and hopefully becoming a pro-dater.
“I just can’t wait to see who the agents set me up with, hopefully they might open my eyes to more guys who might tickle my fancy!”
The five-part series, narrated by Rob Beckett, will air every Monday on E4 from 27th July.
