Rob Beckett named as host of new celebrity couples show Unbreakable

The series will see Beckett combine sharp observations with non-stop laughter as he puts six celebrity couples to the test to reveal whose relationship is strongest through a series of mental, physical, and emotional challenges.

Loose Women star Denise Welch is ready to rise to the challenge alongside her acclaimed artist husband Lincoln Towney, whose sought-after contemporary works are the subject of sell-out exhibitions around the world.

This year marks the 20th anniversary of the show and judges Craig Revel Horwood, Shirley Ballas, Motsi Mabuse and Anton du Beke will be seeing if the celebrities know their Quickstep from their Charleston. 

Tess Daly and Claudia Winkleman will return as hosts and four new professional dancers will join the series taking the total to 20, the show's biggest dancer line-up ever.

Channel 4 announces line-up for Taskmaster’s New Year Treat

The hard-driving Taskmaster Greg Davies and his assistant Alex Horne will be welcoming five famous faces from across the varied spectrum of news and entertainment to compete against each other in ludicrous challenges.

Channel 4 news anchor Krishnan Guru-Murphy will be battling against Derry Girls star Nicola Coughlan, television presenter Rylan Clark-Neal, superstar dancer and Strictly judge Shirley Ballas and acclaimed film actor John Hannah (Four Weddings and a Funeral) to win the coveted Taskmaster trophy.

Known as the Queen of Latin, Ballas is one of the most decorated professional dancers in the world, and is a three-time British Open to the World Latin American champion and 10-time United States Latin American champion.

Since retiring from competitive dancing in 1996, she has worked as a coach to top professional and amateur dancers, and as an adjudicator for ballroom and Latin American competitions around the world.
