Best known for taking gold during the Beijing and London Olympics, cyclist Victoria Pendleton also won nine World Championship gold medals during her career.

Pendleton has since switched saddles to compete as a professional jockey.

New reality show The Royal World heads to MTV International

The six-part series will see nine aristocratic individuals from the UK, Russia, Austria, Nigeria, Ireland and America live together in a mansion in the British countryside.

The Royal World will take a look at their privileged lives and reveal the people behind the prestigious titles. With royal fever still abuzz following the wedding of Prince Harry and Meghan Markle, the series promises a glimpse at life of young royals as they navigate their way through their twenties as part of society's elite.

Channel 4 reality show Shipwrecked rescued

Filming this summer, the reality series needs a new generation of islanders to go head to head in paradise. The contestants will be divided up into two rival camps on Tiger Island and Shark Island, and will battle it out to win over new arrivals.

The largest tribe at the end of the competition will win a prize more glittering than the tropical oceans the contestants live beside.
