Alison Hammond named as new host of For the Love of Dogs

Alison Hammond meets the Battersea Team: Nat Ingham Canine Behaviour Manager, Alison Hammond, Ali Taylor Battersea Head of Animal Behaviour and Becky Verne Rehoming Welfare Manager with Battersea Rescue Dogs Pip and Olive

The series will once again take to the over 150-year-old Battersea Dogs & Cats Home, a UK charity, where Hammond will help the pets in their care search for a new home. There are currently more abandoned and stray dogs in need than ever.

Across six parts, Hammond will explore the stories of some of Battersea's latest arrivals, while helping the expert staff and volunteers treat and train them to put their best paw forward for their potential new owners.

Paul O'Grady to host Blind Date reboot

The hit dating show will take romantic hopefuls back to a time when you could not be judged on your best selfie and there was no such thing as an online dating profile.

The 90s match-making show has had a modern update; a new generation of singletons will compete to find their potential mates in front of a live audience with new twists, as well as the introduction of LGBT contestants for the first time on the show.
