In episode one, the contestants face bouncy balls, an unsuspecting public, and a potato.

Celebrities go head-to-head in the kitchen in the latest series of the culinary contest. Wednesday's episode features model and actress Donna Air, video blogger Marcus Butler, comedian Tommy Cannon, hustler Alexis Conran and singer Sinitta. The amateur cooks are given a mystery box of ingredients to make a Mediterranean dish, before teaming up in a restaurant kitchen to serve real diners. John Torode and Greg Wallace return as the show's discerning gourmet judges.

Tension mounts as Peter still hasn't made a plea when the jury comes back with a verdict. Meanwhile the steamy romance between Alicia and Jason starts to trouble the lawyer in her quest for happiness.

Oscar Pistorius: The Interview

This one-off documentary follows the recently overturned conviction of Paralympian Oscar Pistorius for the murder of his girlfriend Reeva Steenkamp. Investigative journalist Mark Williams-Thomas meets with Pistorius on the eve of his return to prison as he awaits to hear his extended sentence. In his first television interview since Reeva was shot in the couples' home in Pretoria, South Africa, Pistorius gives his account of the events of 14th February 2013 as well as his relationship with the fashion model and his history with firearms.

Mud-drenched revelers are in for a treat on Saturday night, as global singing sensation Adele Adkins takes to the Pyramid stage at Glastonbury. For those who remain in the comfort of their home, BBC2 will be airing their highlights show from 9 o'clock. Fronted by Lauren Laverne and Huw Stephens, the programme looks at performances by Aussie rockers Tame Impala and Glasgow band Chvrches before going live to Worthy Farm and Adele's headline slot.

Sacrifice

Adapted from S.J. Bolton's novel, Sacrifice tells the story of surgeon consultant Tora Hamilton who uproots her life in New York to be closer to her husband's native home in the Shetland Islands. Whilst digging around in the garden of their new house, Tora discovers a female corpse with a gaping whole in her chest. Strangely the local authorities seem intent on covering up the findings rather than solving the case, which starts Tora off on an investigation of her own. Radha Mitchell and Rupert Graves star as husband and wife Tora and Duncan in this contemporary thriller.
