The hit sitcom's last-ever run is set to start on Wednesday 11th November
Channel 4 has announced that the ninth and final season of Peep Show will begin on Wednesday 11 November at 10pm.
The critically-acclaimed comedy is a standout favourite, and stars David Mitchell and Robert Webb as Croydon flatmates Mark and Jez. It has won a spate of awards, including Baftas and a Royal Television Society Award for writers Jesse Armstrong and Sam Bain.
For those of you who can't two wait two weeks to find out what's happening with the pair, the first episode's synopsis, according to the British Comedy Guide, is as follows:
"Jez has some rather constrictive new living quarters, and Mark has a new flatmate and has landed a bank job, but it seems that the wounds of mutual love for Dobby have not yet healed."

The series first started in 2003, and in 2010 became the longest-running comedy in Channel 4 history. We last left Jez and Mark in 2012, so there has been much anticipation and build-up to its swansong series. Fans of the show have taken to Twitter to express their excitement and delight.
