Sky has announced the launch of a new TV which will host Sky without a satellite dish or digital box.
Sky Glass will be the only TV offering Sky inside over WiFi with integrated hardware, software and content.
With a TV offering Ultra HD and Quantum Dot technology producing over 1 billion colours, as well as 360° Dolby Atmos® sound with powerful built-in speakers and sub-woofer, Sky Glass will offer customers an innovative hi-tech viewing experience.
Sky’s Group Chief Executive Dana Strong commented: “Sky Glass is the streaming TV with Sky inside, providing the total integration of hardware, software and content. Built on over 30 years of understanding what our customers want, this is a TV that only Sky could make. We believe this is the smartest TV available, and that customers will love it.”
Sky Glass will be able to buy in the UK from 18 October.
