Freeze the Fear with Wim Hof will air on BBC One, with the entertainment reality show following a group of celebrities as they undergo a once in a lifetime adventure that will test their mental strength under the guidance of extreme athlete Wim Hof. 

Munya and Filly get Chilly will be the spin-off show that takes a light-hearted look at the challenges the celebrities undergo on the main show. Munya Chawawa and Yung Filly will find themselves in sub-zero temperatures as they attempt to complete Wim’s challenges, from breathing exercises to ice baths.  

The pair will also partner up with Wim for a music collaboration and have fun playing pranks on the other celebrities. 

The spin-off show will take place in the celebrities' tented village, providing lots of behind-the-scenes content with the celebrities and hosts. 

Each episode will see Munya and Filly become competitors and go head-to-head and take on one of the stunts or cold challenges set by Wim.

Freeze the Fear with Wim Hof will be hosted by Holly Willoughby and Lee Mack and will be filled with drama, jeopardy and laughs. 

The celebrities taking part are musical theatre icon Alfie Boe OBE, songwriter and footballer Chelcee Grimes, Strictly professional dancer Dianne Buswell, TV presenter Gabby Logan MBE, Welsh weatherman and drummer Owain Wyn Evans, former captain of France’s national team Patrice Evra, rapper Professor Green and actress Tamzin Outhwaite.

Munya Chawawa commented: “When the BBC cold me about this show, ice said: 'there's snow way I'm doing that!'. However, I'm gonna go out on a Wim and say it's one of the best things I've ever done; good luck taking your eyes Hof the screen!”

Yung Filly added: “I had a great opportunity to not only create some of the great content I have done to date but to also create memories I will cherish for the rest of life. Really can’t wait for you to watch this show.”

Munya and Filly Get Chilly will air on BBC Three and BBC iPlayer in Spring 2022.
