Channel 4 news presenter Jon Snow has reported on a number of stories including the Gaza-Israel conflict. 

He won the RTS Television Journalism award for Presenter of the Year in both 2006 and 2009.

Here he explains that having bullet points are better than going in with a set list of questions when interviewing someone.
