New commissioning editor for premier BBC strand STORYVILLE, Mandy Chang, will be talking about her passion for documentary and showing examples of film story-telling that have worked for global and diverse audiences.
This event is free to attend but places are limited and so booking is required.

Mandy Chang is an Emmy -award winning Director for her film ‘ The Mona Lisa Curse’ for Channel 4. Prior to arriving at the BBC, she was head of Arts at the Australian Broadcasting Corporation (ABC) and has previously worked as a documentary filmmaker, writer, series producer and executive producer at British indies and UK broadcasters. STORYVILLE has for the past 20 years been the premier showcase for the best of international, often feature-length, documentaries from around the world, some commissioned, and some acquired for UK broadcast by the BBC.
Please note parking is not available at the venue, the nearest car park is at Queen Ann’s Terrace which is about a five minute walk. The venue is about a 15 minute walk from the railway station.
