RTS Scotland invite students, new entrants, crew and wider members of the production sector to discuss the changing shape of production diversity in Scotland and the impact on freelancers. 

Commissioners, producers and talent will outline the broadcasters new commitments for suppliers as well as sharing insight on how the industry is moving towards a more diverse and inclusive workforce.
