The evening will include a pro-tools demonstration, an in depth analysis of the techniques involved in creating a mix by the award winning Paul Wilson, and an expert review of new loudness broadcast specifications in the DPP framework.

Pro Tools demonstration
Will be conducted by an Avid specialist revolving around Pro Tools version 12 within a Post Production environment. Avid’s flagship control console, the Pro Tools | S6, will also be on show.
Post Production - audio dissection of a scene
Paul Wilson will open of his dubbed scenes for discussion. This will involve the audio techniques employed to enhance a selected scene of Paul’s choice.
Loudness Specifications for Television
A technical discussion and demonstration conducted by a representative from Nugen. Nugen are the leaders in producing the software tools required for adhering to the audio specifications for broadcast, as outlined within the DPP framework.
