Criteria for non-student awards:
- All entries must have first been transmitted or published online between 1st January 2024 and 31st December 2024.
- The opening and closing date for all entries is Monday 11th November 2024 to Friday 17th January 2025.
- Entrants must use the following link to upload their entire programme (or selected clips where requested). Files are requested to be uploaded to the following link: https://awardsentry.rts.org.uk/entrant

- Each entry should have been predominantly made in Wales, meeting Ofcom’s criteria for a Made Outside London production, and should not be a re-version.
- The team of judges will be overseen by the Chair of Judges, Edward Russell, and will follow RTS guidelines.
- The nominations will be announced in March 2025 by email.
- Entrants must ensure that all rights have been cleared, for the copying and showing in public, of extracts during the Awards presentation and as part of the promotion and marketing of the Awards.
- Nominees will be required to clear extracts for possible screening on broadcast terrestrial or cable and satellite television on the RTS website, and the RTS Cymru Wales social channels.
- Where entries are submitted by individuals, permission must be given by the holder of the broadcast rights. There is no limit to the number of entries made by an individual or organisation.
- Each separate entry must be accompanied by an entry form and a fee of £90 (including VAT).
- The RTS Cymru Wales Chair of Judges reserves the right to reject an entry at any point, up to and including shortlisting, if an entry does not meet the eligibility criteria for entry. Entrants may be required to provide justification as to why this is a valid entry for the RTS Cymru Wales Awards.
- The RTS Cymru Wales Chair of Judges also reserves the right to withdraw the category if insufficient entries are received.

- Bydd gofyn i enwebeion glirio darnau ar gyfer sgrinio posibl ar deledu daearol neu gebl a lloeren ar wefan RTS, a sianeli cymdeithasol RTS Cymru Wales.
- Pan gyflwynir ceisiadau gan unigolion, rhaid i ddeiliad yr hawliau darlledu roi caniatâd. Nid oes terfyn ar nifer y ceisiadau a wneir gan unigolyn neu sefydliad.
- Rhaid i bob cofnod ar wahân gynnwys ffurflen gais a ffi o £90 (yn cynnwys TAW).
- Mae Cadeirydd Barnwyr RTS Cymru Wales yn cadw'r hawl i wrthod mynediad ar unrhyw adeg, hyd at a chan gynnwys tynnu’r rhestr fer, os nad yw cais yn bodloni'r meini prawf cymhwysedd ar gyfer ymgeisio.
