All-out war is afoot in HBO and Sky Atlantic’s first teaser trailer for the third series of Succession.
Following Kendall’s (Jeremy Strong) public betrayal of his father, Logan (Brian Cox), in series two’s explosive finale, the trailer sees the Roy family forced to take sides.
The number one criterion for the Roys has always been personal gain, and true to form, Shiv (Sarah Snook) is seen to be negotiating for the better deal.
Series favourites Tom (Matthew Macfadyen) and Cousin Greg (Nicholas Braun) also feature, and it seems the latter’s part in Kendall’s stunt has soured their already toxic friendship.
Also returning are Kieran Culkin (Roman), Alan Ruck (Connor), Peter Friedman (Frank Vernon), J. Smith Cameron (Gerri Kellman), Justine Lupe (Willa Ferreyra), David Rasche (Karl Muller), Fisher Stevens (Hugo Baker), Hiam Abbass (Marcia Roy), Dagmara Domińczyk (Karolina Novotney) Arian Moayed (Stewy Hosseini), Harriet Walter (Lady Caroline Collingwood) and James Cromwell (Ewan Roy).
Among the cast joining the series are Alexander Skarsgård, Sanaa Lathan, Linda Emond, Jihae, Adrien Brody and Hope Davis.
Succession returns to Sky Atlantic and NOW TV in Autumn 2021.
