In recent years, Northern Ireland has experienced an explosion of creative opportunity within the screen industries and The Royal Television Society will reward and celebrate this work with the Northern Ireland Programme Awards on November 5.
Broadcasters, companies and individuals based or working in Northern Ireland are invited to submit entries to the following categories:
- Comedy and Entertainment
- Factual Series
- Single Documentary
- Current Affairs
- News Coverage
- Drama
- Children’s and /or Animation
- Craft and Innovation
- International Production
The panel of judges will also honour an individual for their outstanding contribution to the production sector in Northern Ireland with the presentation of the RTS NI Judges Award.
With the exception of the International Production Award, all work must have been aired on a Television channel for the first time between 1 January 2014 and 31 May 2015.

Award Entry Fee: The cost to enter is £99.00 + vat per programme per award category and the price includes one complimentary annual membership to the Royal Television Society. Payment will be requested at the end of the online application process.
