The series is set in Tampa, Florida, and will focus on an all-black and all-female real estate agency owned by military veteran Sharelle Rosado.

The rest of the cast includes Alexis Williams, Anne-Sophie Petit, Colony Reeves, Juawana Williams, Karla Giorgio, Rena Frazier and Tennille Moore. 

The women pride themselves on being as fun as they are deeply ambitious and they all want to be at the top of the competitive world of luxury waterfront real estate and won’t let anything get in their way. 

Rosado is determined to dominate the Suncoast and has big plans for her brokerage and will do all she can to make her dreams a reality. 

As well as Selling Tampa, Netflix will also release another spin-off Selling the OC which will see Jason Oppenheim expand to Orange County. 

Selling Tampa will be released on December 15 on Netflix.
