ITV has announced a new initiative for young creatives to turn their ideas into real content.
The initiative will invite graphic designers, animators, editors and social media whizzes to put forward their best modern and relatable content ideas themed around mental health, diversity and inclusion.
The winning idea will be fully backed with a budget of up to £25,000 to collaborate with ITV’s BluePrint Network to produce digital content that will live on some of ITV’s biggest social media platforms. The winning up and coming content creators will also be paid for their time.
The initiative is open to anyone aged between 16-24 years old of all levels of experience.
Applicants will be invited to pitch ideas in person or virtually, with ITV looking to select up to two individuals or groups.
Joël Duncan, the Digital Development Manager, said: “The door is open to all young creators, if you have a great idea – it doesn’t have to be perfect – I’d encourage you to apply.
“This programme is an exciting opportunity to showcase new talent, we hope to open doors for innovative content creators as ITV continues to work towards its digital future.”
The deadline for ideas is Sunday 10th April 2022. Find out more about how to apply here.
