The series will offer six aspiring property entrepreneurs the chance to start their own business.

Each of the developers will be given a £100,000 investment to kick-start their business, before competing against one another to see who can make the most profit from their property in a calendar year.

A property expert will advise all the contestants, but they will only learn of their competitors’ progress when each property listing goes live.

After 12 months, the most successful property flipper will be revealed, and as well as keeping their profits, the winner will receive a cash prize of the initial £100,000 investment.
