Global launches a broadcast journalism apprenticeship scheme
The scheme will offer applicants career opportunities and two apprenticeship roles in Global’s newsrooms in Manchester and Birmingham.
Successful applicants will study with PA Training to gain a NCTJ Diploma in journalism.
The scheme will give applicants 24-month placements so they can have first-hand experience of producing world class news broadcasts, plus a qualification equivalent to a university degree.
