The AGM will be conducted in line with the RTS Centre Rules. As a new committee was elected last year, there will be no new election this year as that committee has a three year tenure. Glyn Middleton has stepped down from the committee, with effect from 1st February 2021, and we offer him our greatest thanks for all his support and work for the RTS Yorkshire Centre over a number of years.
Agenda for the Midlands Centre Annual General Meeting 2020
Members and guests came together for the AGM, followed by an evening of entertainment and food in celebration of Scotland’s national poet, Robert Burns.
The committee’s AGM report reviewed the busy activities of 2019, which included a growth in membership and a record number of award entries.
Guests were treated to a “veganuary” haggis supper, served by Glasgow-based Freddy & Hicks, and a performance from local women’s comedy group, Witsherface.
Please come along to our AGM to hear about what we've been up to in the last year and how we intend to build on our successes over the next 12 months.
Everyone attending the AGM will receive a free glass of fizz from our generous hosts Individual Restaurants.
