An Cailín Ciúin is continuing its incredible run in Irish cinemas after three months having broken box office records for an Irish-language film in Ireland and the UK. The film has been a hit also on the international festival circuit playing at the Melbourne International Film Festival in Australia and currently screening at the Hong Kong International Film Festival. Based on Claire Keegan's renowned story, Foster, An Cailín Ciúin will play at many more festivals in Europe and beyond this coming autumn and winter and these exciting announcements will be made soon.
Winners will be announced on the evening of Tuesday April 12th at a special event in Dublin’s RDS Concert Hall.
Hosted by Blaithnaid Treacy with Nuala Carey, a range of small screen stars will gather on the night to celebrate excellence in Irish Television over the last year.

The Union Club was set up in 1993 by ex-North Sea oil rigger Pete Cross and Chef Carolyn Dawson, and both are (for their sins) still at the helm of the Club today. Opening a private members club had been a long held dream for the duo, and they took the plunge after buying a dilapidated building at 50 Greek Street, Soho.
