Director of Business Affairs at Netflix
Yasmina trained as a solicitor and qualified in Intellectual Property law before moving into specialise in film and television.
A keen interest in scripted television led her to start her first in-house legal and business affairs role at Warner Bros. in the UK and looking after multiple scripted production companies within a studio environment before moving into being sole counsel/business affairs at other top production companies in vertically integrated structures (Fifty Fathoms and Lookout Point respectively).
She was hired into Netflix in Business Affairs to build its business in the UK and in her role as a director there, has continued to help build the business out as they grew in the UK, working across all their UK scripted series.
