Simon Minty is a specialist consultant in disability and diversity. His consultancy has delivered training and consultancy in disability, diversity and inclusion since the early 2000s and works with major corporate organisations worldwide.
He is a thought leader and masterful influencer who uses his intelligence, knowledge and wit to elevate the inclusion of disabled people in employment, as custome rs and on stage and screen.
Simon is a non executive director of Motability. He is on the board of the National Theatre, an ambassador to the Business Disability Forum and Business Disability International.
Simon also has a creative side in co-hosting The Way We Roll podcast, is a co-founder of the comedy show Abnormally Funny People and pops up on television from time to time.
A keen traveller, he won Travel X travel writer of the year and Best TV feature for his Channel 4 travel programme in China.
GQ named him as one of the best connected men in the UK. He has featured on the Power 100 list of disabled people for many years being in the top 10 in 2021.
Simon has personal experience of disability being of short stature and limited mobility.
