Lea Karam is an award-winning behavioural scientist and has launched the Behave Consultancy, the first behavioural science consultancy in media in Europe, leading its consumer solutions and educating clients, teams, and her audience around complex, behaviourally driven multi-market projects.

Lea has unique expertise in making the complex simple and designing tangible behavioural interventions designed to tap into true human understanding, in turn improving strategies and driving healthier commercial and "people" outcomes for brands.

Inside Behavioural Economics featured Leah as one of the world’s best behavioural experts. Similarly, recognising her as a “pioneer in behavioural science” and for “delivering enviable commercial success for clients”, Lea was also named a winner of Campaign Media Week 30 Under 30 2022 and Management Today 35 Women Under 35 2023. 

On Marketing Week's Trends Piece, Lea was quoted as “influencing hearts and minds and commercial decisions in the industry”. Lea’s work is diverse and expands across many sectors, with clients such as De’Longhi, Paysafe, Investec, The Financial Times, The British Council, TikTok, and Amazon.

Prior to Behave, Lea developed her credentials from global strategy experience at BBDO and Publicis, working with the likes of PepsiCo, Visa, and Mars.
