Talent Executive
Lauren works as the Talent Executive for Lifted Entertainment, part of ITV Studios.
Her job involves crewing up all off screen talent, from work experience up to Executive Producer. Lauren has worked in the TV Industry for 10+ years; from runner up to producer on shows such as BGT, Take Me Out, Big Brother, All Together Now, The Ranganation, and Love Island.
Lauren worked as a casting, edit and gallery producer before moving to Talent Management in August 2019.
