Talent Manager
Lauren works as the Talent Manager for ITV Entertainment & Possessed.
Her job involves crewing up all off screen talent, from researcher up to executive producer. Lauren has worked in the TV Industry for 10+ years; from runner up to producer on shows such as BGT, Take Me Out, Big Brother, All Together Now, The Ranganation, and Love Island.
Lauren worked as a casting, edit and gallery producer before moving to Talent Management in August 2019.
