Emma Harpin is an award winning Director and Producer making documentaries in arts, culture and factual entertainment.

She started her career as a photo journalist at The Independent newspaper and moved into TV 12 years ago. Making her first film, ‘Swim The Channel’ independently. She went on to be commissioned by the BBC and Sky. Her films include, ‘The Making of Marc Bolan’, ‘The Trouble with Naipaul’, ‘The Believer’s Guide: Growing Older’. She also worked on ‘We are British Jews’.

Emma’s storytelling has a commitment to narratives that resonate with authenticity and cultural significance.
