Now focused on recruitment and talent development, she leads early careers initiatives at IMG Studios, helping to shape the next generation of broadcasting talent.
Throughout her career, Carrie has contributed to some of the world’s biggest productions, including two Olympic Games, Wimbledon, and numerous other major sporting events. She remains dedicated to developing industry talent and fostering inclusion and accessibility.
Her passion for the media industry was inspired by her father, Peter Sasdy, the acclaimed director known for his work in film and television, particularly in the horror genre. Best known for his Hammer horror films and the cult classic The Stone Tape (1972), his work left a lasting impact on British cinema.
