Bill is a Bafta nominated and an International Emmy winner programme maker, with production experience in Factual, Factual Entertainment, Documentary, Entertainment, Scripted Comedy, Childrens, Live & Programme Development.
He has worked with a variety of Indies over his 30-year career and internally for both the BBC, where he was Creative Director of CBBC and for SKY, where for nearly five years, he was a commissioner in ‘Unscripted’ across SKY ONE, SKY ARTS and SKY KIDS.
He has consulted for the SVOD Amazon Originals, advised Advertising agencies on their Digital Short-form strategy for high-profile clients and has been a Creative Director for a number of independent production companies.
Most recently, he was the show runner on the primetime entertainment quiz ‘One Question’ for Channel 4, with Claudia Winkleman.
Bill also joined the team as a Senior lecturer at Ravensbourne University, on the Digital TV Production degree course, in early 2024.
