Whether you’re a big streamer, a start-up streamer or a consumer, this session examines how to survive... and more importantly... stand out.

From Disney+ to HBO Max, Peacock to AppleTV+, everyone is trying to get in on the streaming wars, yet with so many major SVOD services on the market in 2020, it’s becoming harder to find unique ways to really stand out and drive subscriptions against the established players like Netflix and Amazon.

To stay competitive these services are investing eye watering sums in original content, yet with no shortage of shows to choose from between them, does any of that really matter? What kinds of services are likely to thrive in such a crowded landscape? What business and distribution models stand out? Where will the growth come from over the next 10 years? Is this all just starting to look like cable TV again?

Join an all-star panel led by journalist and presenter Nadine Dereza as they answer those questions and look at some of the best in class OTT offerings from the worlds of ad-supported streaming, niche content, and multi-service aggregation.

Chair:
Nadine Dereza, Journalist and Presenter
