Join us for a special Royal Television Society East & StoryLab event with BAFTA and RTS nominated tv and film director, Chloe Thomas in conversation with Hans Petch.

Her first comedy Angelo's, starring Sharon Horgan and Miranda Hart, was produced by Damon Beesley (The Inbetweeners). Chloe also directed the award-winning Horrible Histories and CBBC's Sadie J.  She directed Sharon Horgan's Channel 4 documentaries on motherhood and women on the verge of a mid-life crisis, and Give Out Girls, a 6-part comedy for Big Talk/Sky. Chloe directed second block of period drama Hetty Feather for CBBC; an adaptation of Jacqueline Wilson's book, and went on to direct the opening block of the second series.

Most recently, Chloe directed on the third series of Harlots for Hulu, and before this Daisy Goodwin's period drama Victoria for Mammoth and ITV. Chloe is now setting up Lisa McGee's new thriller The Deceived for New Pictures and Channel 5.
