The BBC and production company Moonage Pictures have released first-look images for BBC Three series A Good Girl’s Guide To Murder, adapting the books by Holly Jackson.
The show follows teen investigator Pip Fitz-Amobi as she tries to prove the innocence of Sal Singh, who is accused of murdering his girlfriend Andie Bell five years ago. If Sal really isn’t guilty – despite what everyone in his town thinks – then the real killer is still at large. Anyone would go to great lengths to protect a secret that terrible: Pip will need to keep her wits about her.
The six-part show will star Emma Myers (Wednesday) as Pip and Anna Maxwell Martin (A Spy Among Friends) as Leanne, Pip’s mum. Also in the cast are Mathew Baynton (Ghosts) and Gary Beadle (Rye Lane).
The show is a co-production with German broadcaster ZDFneo.
A Good Girl’s Guide To Murder will air on BBC Three and be available on iPlayer later in 2024.
