RTS Cymru Wales is offering an exclusive opportunity to watch the new Michael Sheen-directed drama from BBC Wales, The Way, in Port Talbot where the three-part series was filmed.
Ambitious, powerful and surprising, The Way taps into the social and political chaos of today’s world by imagining a civil uprising which begins in a small industrial town. It’s an emotional and darkly humorous story about what it means to be faced with impossible choices.
Steffan Rhodri (Steeltown Murders, Gavin and Stacey), Mali Harries (Keeping Faith, Hinterland), Sophie Melville (The Pact, Iphigenia In Splott), Callum Scott Howells (It's A Sin, Cabaret) and Michael Sheen (Staged, Good Omens) lead the star-studded cast.
Made for the BBC by Wales-based company Red Seam in association with Little Door Productions, The Way was filmed in Port Talbot last year and will soon air on BBC One and iPlayer.
This screening is on 2 February at 18:50 and will take place at Reel Cinema in Port Talbot. It will be followed by a panel discussion featuring Michael, writer James Graham, executive producer Bethan Jones and actor Mali Harries.
