Join us to hear about Nat Geo International’s commissioning strategy, how Nat Geo International works with indies and ongoing opportunities for producers.
Peat will share insights into the factual needs of the channel, the audience and explain who commissions what.
Peat joined the current team earlier this year, moving from Nat Geo International Wild, where she was executive producer, looking after global programmes such as Killer Safari produced by South Africa’s Earth Touch and Zombie Animals from Off the Fence.
She is now responsible for commissioning and developing for the core Nat Geo International Channel brand, including programmes for the linear channel which are more UK/US International focused.
Prior to joining Nat Geo, Peat’s credits include Diane Fossey: Secrets in the Mist for Nat Geo and Countdown to the Rains for BBC2, at indies such as Plimsoll, Off the Fence and Wild Space Productions.
