How do we make entertaining and dramatic scripted and unscripted content, without anyone suffering in the process?

This is a useful session to help support the production community to give the best duty of care possible without compromising on content. Whether it be True Crime, Reality or Drama based on true life events, what lengths do producers need to go to, to look after contributors' wellbeing.
