BBC One has announced the judges who will help find an act to represent the UK in this year's Eurovision Song Contest.
Mel Giedroyc and former Eurovision winner Måns Zelmerlöw will host tonight’s Eurovision: You Decide, which will see six acts go head to head for the chance to represent the United Kingdom in the song contest.
The selection show will be judged by a select panel of stars, but the public will have the finale vote.
Take a look at who’s on the panel:
Best known for presenting Big Brother's Bit on the Side, Rylan Clark-Neal will return to Eurovision: You Decide, having previously been a guest judge last year. He also co-hosted BBC Four’s coverage of the Eurovision semi-final alongside Scott Mills.
The former X-Factor contestant recently grabbed his own slot on BBC Radio 2’s Saturday show.
“I’m so excited to be back on the judging panel for Eurovision: You Decide and back in the Eurovision family!” said Clark-Neal.
“I’ve been a life-long fan and take it very seriously so it’s a real honour to help the public decide who we choose to send to the main contest in May.”
Presenter and singer
DJ, broadcaster and producer Marvin Humes is best known for his rise through the chats as a member of hit boy band JLS.
After the band’s split in 2013, Humes landed a show on Capital FM where he has interviewed some of the biggest players in the music industry.
Speaking about his Eurovision role, Humes said: "I know what it feels like to perform live for the public and a judging panel so hopefully I can bring that experience on the night.”
Humes will also host BBC One’s new music quiz show Playlisters with his wife Rochelle.
BBC Radio 1 DJ and singer
Radio 1 weekend breakfast host Mollie King came to the public’s attention as a member of pop group The Saturdays,
The band sold over five million records across the world and racked up five Top 10 albums and scored 13 Top 10 singles.
In 2017, King was a contestant on Strictly Come Dancing, where she was partnered with AJ Pritchard and just missed out on the final.
“Eurovision is a huge event in the music calendar every year so it's a real honour to have a say, alongside Marvin and Rylan,” said King.
Eurovision: You Decide will air on BBC Two at 7.30pm on Friday 8th February.
Followed by the Eurovision 2019 final which will air live from Tel Aviv on BBC Radio 2 and BBC One on Saturday 18th May 2019.
