UKTV has launched a new series available exclusively on YouTube

Telly Addict is a review show fronted by comedic presenter and writer Andrew Collins. Each week, Collins delivers his opinion on the nation's television output. From England's performance in the Euros to Victorian thriller Penny Dreadful, the irreverent programme covers all genres in British broadcasting.

"I’m thrilled to be continuing with Telly Addict under the protective wing of UKTV, whose original output, especially in comedy, has long been on my watchlist," said RTS Breakthrough Award winner Collins. "It began life as a column in Word magazine ten years ago, and it feels oddly subversive that it should finally arrive at a company that makes TV! I hope new and existing supporters will join me for a chat on YouTube every Tuesday."

The vlog series was originally produced by The Guardian newspaper, before it was dropped after a five year run. The internet show is part of UKTV's strategy to increase its YouTube content, following the likes of Dave TALKS the network's parody of the motivational TED Talks.
