Quarry

Sky Atlantic, 9pm

Based on novels by Max Allan Collins (Road to Perdition), Quarry is a new eight-part drama following a veteran's return into the world, after struggling to come to terms with everyday life outside of the army.

Not striking lucky in employment, Mac Conway (Logan Marshall-Green) is visited by a crime lord with a special interest in him. He leaves him with an offer of employment, but it is one that will draw him into the world of violence that he hoped he had left behind...

In Plain Sight

ITV, 9pm

In Plain Sight is a three-part series based on the true story of detective William Muncie’s mission to bring notorious killer Peter Manuel to justice.

The last episode in the series, Muncie brings an end to the distress murderer Manuel has caused, but not without a few bumps along the way. With more deaths and a community in terror, you won't want to miss this last episode.

Six Wives with Lucy Worsley

BBC One, 9pm

In the final episode of this three part series, historian Lucy Worsley travels back to the Tudor Court to witness the fate of the last three wives of Henry VIII.

Worsley highlights the irony that after all the infidelities, miscarriages, divorces and beheadings in order to produce a male heir, it would be a woman, Elizabeth I, who would secure the Tudor dynasty.
