A farewell to actress Jean Alexander who passed away on October. Alexander played one of Coronation Street's most popular characters Hilda Ogden.

The hour-long special features contributions from her family, as well as co-stars Michael Le Vell and Sally Dynevor.

Greg Wallace follows the turn around of the production of mince pies at one of Britain's biggest cake factories, Mr Kipling. He discovers just how hard it is to produce 2,000 perfect mince pies a day.

Cherry Healey meets some tinsel makers and finds out how they make one of our most well-known Christmas tree decorations.

He explores the landscapes and picture-book castles that have inspired his favourite stories, from the Seven Dwarfs to the castle where Rapunzel is said to have been held.
