The awards recognise the huge variety of skills that go into programme production, from costume design to multicamera work.
The nominees for this year’s RTS Craft & Design Awards have been announced.
Cilla, Wolf Hall and Fortitude are each nominated for three awards, as are The Eichmann Show, The Keith Lemon Sketch Show and Pets – Wild at Heart.
Comedian Susan Calman will host the awards, which are spread over 27 categories and recognise the huge variety of skills and processes involved in programme production.
There are further three awards given at the discretion of the Jury Chairs: the Design & Craft Innovation, Judges’ and Lifetime Achievement Awards.
This year’s awards will include two new categories, acknowledging the work of directors in fiction and non-fiction.
The awards will be presented at a ceremony at the London Hilton Park Lane on Monday 30 November 2015. Details of how to book a place can be found here.
