The incredibly popular ITV show I’m a Celebrity…Get Me Out of Here! is finally back on our screens for 2018.

From finding love to inventing a new language, take a look at some of the show’s most memorable moments.

1. Camp mates Katie Price and Peter Andre found love in the jungle

In the 2004 series, model Katie Price and singer Peter Andre had an onscreen romance and later married each other and had two kids. While in the jungle, Katie musically inspired Peter and he composed the song Insania for her.

2. Scarlet Moffat screams “Chicken kebab! A chicken kebab! I just want a chicken kebab!”

Gogglebox star and series 16 winner Scarlet Moffat provided one of the show’s funniest moments during one of the bushtucker trials. Stuck in a small space with thousands of rats and cockroaches, fellow camp mate Jordan Banjo (Diversity) advised Moffat to think of her favourite food as a distraction.

The result was her repeatedly screaming out for a chicken kebab.

3. Joey Essex needs help telling the time

In the 13th series of I’m a Celebrity...Get Me Out of Here, The Only Way is Essex star Joey Essex surprised camp mates when he admitted that he struggled telling the time.

Model Amy Willerton helpfully stepped in, drawing a makeshift clock as a visual aid.

4. Amir Khan Strawberry-gate

Last year’s series saw the infamous incident of strawberry-gate take place. After contestants Amir Khan and Iain Lee won a Dingo Dollar Challenge, instead of sharing the prize with the rest of the camp, the pair instead consumed all the strawberries and cream themselves.

5. Adam Thomas invents a new language to communicate with spiders

Emmerdale actor Adam Thomas suffered from serious arachnophobia and provided comical entertainment when he was voted twice to face his fears head on in the 16th series. Thomas made very strange noises during his trial and continuously screamed at every spider he saw.
