Each episode will see a pair of house hunters head to the coast in search of their dream home. In this series, the participants will also be shown homes that are let out by their owners, to give them an insight into how much profit they could make on their potential property.

Former Watchdog presenter Michelle Ackerley will follow in the footsteps of Jenni Falconer and Catherine Gee to host the new 20-part series.

“Property shows are a firm favourite for Really viewers,” said Adam Collings, general manager for UKTV channels W and Really. “Property is one of Really’s key genres and I’m delighted to be growing it with Michelle and a fresh approach to this fantastic format.”

Kalooki Pictures and Hat Trick productions will co-produce the series, which will be exective produced by Jane Lush and Badannie Gee, while Jayne Hibbitt-Smith will serve as series producer.
