Clive Myrie accepts his award for Television Journalist of the Year at the RTS Television Journalism Awards 2021 and thanks the interviewees at the Royal London Hospital for "allowing [his team] to share a window into the appalling Covid tragedy" through their report.

Television Journalist of the Year was Myrie's second award of the night after taking home Network Presenter of the Year.
