Host Nesta McGregor, BBC Senior Sports Journalist is joined by Rajiv Popat, ITV News Central On-Screen Journalist, Kath Stanczyszyn, BBC Political Reporter, Lucy Kapasi, ITV News Central Content Editor, and Sam Hughes, BBC Technical Operator.

A panel of seven professionals from across the TV industry, ranging from talent managers, casting producers, video editors and content producers, answer questions and offer useful hints and tips on how to progress in a career in TV.
